THE SEVA VANITHA Army Branch (SVAB) conducted its monthly meeting for October on Thursday (29) morning at the SVAB auditorium. The meeting was chaired by its President Mrs. Manjulika Jayasuriya.
The main focus of the meeting was on the raising of funds for the proposed Wellness Resort project through the fashion show, “Mt. Lavinia Designer Collection” to be held on 22nd November 2009 at Mount Lavinia Hotel and other SVAB projects including scholarship project, pre-school project, bakery project, tailor shop project, Mulleriyawa hospital project and beauty saloon project.
