Major General Subhashana Welikala of Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment (SLSR), one of the battle-hardened Senior Officers of the Army passed away this morning (8) whilst under treatment at the Colombo Army Hospital.
His funeral with military honours takes place on Thursday (10) at the General Cemetery, Andunwenna, Bandaragama at 2.00 p.m.
His remains are lying at ‘Ishuru’, Rerukana Road, Weedagama, Bandaragama .short url link | Nike Running
