Lieutenant General Shavendra Silva, Head of the National Operation Centre for Prevention of COVID 19 Outbreak (NOCPCO), Chief of Defence Staff and Commander of the Army was among contributors to the ITN TV’s intellectual forum of ideals, ‘Doramadalawa’ on Monday (5) evening, in which a broad spectrum of perspectives, concerns and interests were discussed on the emergence of new positive cases of COVID-19 Outbreak’, status quo, need for preventive health practices, and how to mitigate the increase of COVID-19 positive patients.
