Lecture on 'Resolution of Problems' Held for SFHQ-West Troops

A total of 19 Officers and around 120 Other Ranks of the Security Force Headquarters -West, directed by Major General Deepal Pussella, Commander, Security Forces -West on Wednesday (12) listened to an invaluable lecture and discussion on ‘Problem Solving Steps’, delivered by Brigadier Nilantha Premaratne, Brigadier General Staff at the Security Force HQ -West.

This lecture session was conducted at the Sri Lanka Engineers' auditorium at Army cantonment in Panagoda where the lecturer dwelt on identification of problems, attitudes and approaches to solutions, resolution of the issues, etc extracting several examples from society and varied social contexts.

Towards the end of the day's agenda, the participants interacted in a Question & Answer session through which their concerns and queries were provided with alternative responses and positive solutions.
