Lecture Held on Battlefield Experiences

With the intention of making troops aware of the battlefield experiences before May 2009 and decisive defensive operations in 1996, Colonel E.A.A.S Chaminda of the Directorate of Psychological Operations conducted a lecture, based on the facts he gathered for publication of his own book, titled 'From Mullaittivu thru Death' (මරණය මැදින් මුලතිව් සිට).

This lecture was organized under the guidance of Major General G.D Sooriyabandara and the Commander of Security Forces -Mullaittivu, Major General Sanjaya Wanasinghe who participated in the arrangement as a special invitee.

Brigade Commanders, Staff Officers, Commanding Officers, Officers and Other Ranks serving under the 59 Division were present during the lecture.
