Security Force Headquarters - Kilinochchi (SFHQ-KLN) on the close supervision of its Commander, Major General Sudantha Ranasinghe, together with Navy and Air Force Commanders at provincial levels, made elaborate arrangements in connection with the recent visit of HE the President to Kilinochchi.
During the President’s stay in Kilinochchi, he gave away cash donations to the value of Rs 100 million to 1250 displaced people in the Northern Province and separate grants to 20,000 re-settlers in state lands.
Similarly, two IT Laboratories gifted to both Kilinochchi Hindu College and Waddakachchi Maha Vidyalaya were opened by the President.
Tri-service Commanders at Kilinochchi presented mementos to the President before his exit.
