“Samaye Arunalu” (Rays of Peace) a mega carnival and a trade show was ceremonially opened on Friday (26) at the Jaffna Municipal Council ground.
This is a much need opportunity for the people of Jaffna especially for the children of Jaffna to enjoy the fruits of peace.
51 Division under the guidance of Security Forces Headquarters Jaffna (SF HQ (J)), organized this event, it is open for the public till 30th April.
