JAFFNA: IN view of the ongoing historic festival at NALLUR Hindu Kovil and marked improvement of security concerns in the peninsula, the Army has relaxed prevalent curfew hours by one more hour effective from today (30).
The curfew hours will accordingly come into effect only between 12.00 p.m. (midnight) and 4.00 a.m. All other arrangements including transport have been adjusted to suit the new relaxation.
