The Institute of Peace Support Operations Training (IPSOTSL) in Kukuleganga had its traditional Sinhala and Tamil New Year festival celebrations on Friday (21) at the main ground of IPSOTSL where a large number of all ranks participated in the event.
With the blessings of Brigadier C.A Rajapaksha RSP, Commandant IPSOTSL, this special event was revived at IPSOTSL after a short break due to health risks and other concerns in the country. The day’s programme consisted of many Sinhala and Tamil New Year traditional features and was coloured by a musical entertainment later in the evening.
Brigadier C.A Rajapaksha RSP, Commandant IPSOTSL graced the day’s event as the chief guest and all the senior officers, officers were associated with the day’s celebrations.
