The Army renovated and redone playground at Jaffna, Idaikurichchi Subramaniyam Vidyalaya, following sponsorship, extended by an expatriate in Varani was vested in the students on Wednesday (17) during a simple but ritual-rich ceremony at the ground premises.

A group of students with the Governor symbolically cut a ribbon, lit the traditional oil lamp and went into the new premises on an inspection tour. All those who supported the programme were also given laurels on the same occasion.
