On directives of the Commander, Security Forces - Kilinochchi (SF-KLN) Major General Ralph Nugera, SF Headquarters arranged a one-day awareness programme on ‘Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)’ for the troops in Kilinochchi on Saturday (23).
