Emergency Services in Moneragala Hospital Supported

At the request of Director of the District Hospital in Monaragala Dr. R.M.D Ratnayake, the Commander of the 12 Division instructed the 121 Brigade Commander Brigadier D.U.N Serasinghe to direct 121 Brigade troops to help maintenance of skeletal services of the Moneragala District Hospital due to a sudden trade union action.

Troops assisted the conduct of emergency services, transfer of serious cases and other supportive roles during the project.
