SRI LANKA Army teams during their team events prior to the forthcoming Defence Services Sports Meet (20 - 21 November) became champions in seven events including Shooting.
Boxing, Squash, Cycling, Badminton (male & female) and Kabadi (male) were the other spheres where the Army emerged champions.
Defence Services Sports Meet track and field events are scheduled be held on 20th and 21st at Sugathadasa Stadium, Colombo.
