The Second Court Martial probing into charges against General Sarath Fonseka’s alleged violation of military procurement procedures resumed its sittings at 2.00 p.m. on Monday (July 19) as scheduled.
The second witness’ examination in chief was concluded by the prosecution and the cross examination commenced. Defence is to continue its cross examination on the second witness when the Court Martial II resumes its sittings on Tuesday (27) at 2.00 p.m. (Ends)
