Major General Mahinda Mudalige, Commander, Security Forces - West made his first formal visits to the 144 Brigade Headquarters and 11 Vijayabahu Infantry Regiment (VIR) Headquarters on Wednesday (27) after he took over duties as the Commander, SF -West.
During the visit to the 144 Brigade, the Commander, Security Forces - West was warmly welcomed by its Commander, Brigadier A.C Lamahewa, and presented a brief overview on duties and responsibilities of his Brigade. Troops of the 11 VIR accorded a Guard Turnout during the West Commander’s visit to the 11 VIR Headquarters.
