Commander calls on Prime Minister &; Deputy Defence Minister

The newly appointed Army Commander Lt. Gen S. H. S Kottegoda paid a courtesy call on the Hon Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapakse at his Temple Trees residence on Thursday (08). Lt. Gen Kottegoda exchanged views on matters of mutual concern with the Prime Minister Rajapakse during this meet.

Later on, Lt. Gen Kottegoda called on the Hon Deputy Minister of Defence Ratnasiri Wickremanayake and Secretary to Ministry of Defence Mr. Cyril Herath.
