Colonel P.A.M Peiris assumed office as the new Commander of 212 Brigade on Thursday (15). The newly-appointed Brigade Commander was welcomed by the troops with military honours and a Guard Turnout.
He succeeds Brigadier M.P Lamahewa who was appointed as the Commander, 581 Brigade.
Colonel P.A.M Peiris of Sri Lanka Armoured Corps has held many important appointments during his military career in Command, Instructor and Staff appointments at various levels.
