On the occasion of International Women's Day, Club Hotel Dolphin, under Browns Hotels & Resorts, hosted a special event along with the incredible women soldiers of the Sri Lanka Army, including Officers, Other Ranks and dedicated female staff from the hotel.
The day was filled with insightful sessions on women's health, including awareness sessions on breast and cervical cancer, conducted by experts.
Dr. Gayani Tissera (MBBS, MD Obstetrics and Gynecology), Senior Registrar in Reproductive Medicine at De Soysa Hospital for Women, shared invaluable insights on reproductive health. Additionally, Ms. Minon Hettiarchchi, a final year medical student at Wicramarachichi Ayurveda Campus, shared knowledge on the Ayurvedic aspects of breast cancer.
In addition to the educational sessions, the talented chefs and staff of Club Hotel Dolphin showcased their expertise with delightful cake designing, adding a touch of creativity to the celebrations.
