Ms. Anderee Rosen, the Deputy Counsellor (Management) and Consul of the Canadian High Commission in Sri Lanka and a delegation paid a courtesy visit to the Security Force Headquarters -Jaffna on Monday (07).
The visiting delegates were warmly welcomed by the Commander Security Forces -Jaffna, Major General Chandana Wijayasundara on arrival at the office. During the cordial meeting that ensued, the Commander of Jaffna and visitors exchanged views on civil-military cooperation, social welfare projects, security concerns, development assistance, and the reconciliation process.
At the end of the meeting, mementos were exchanged to mark the significance of the occasion. Brigadier General Staff, and Colonel General Staff of the Security Force Headquarters-Jaffna were also present during the discussion.
