BSW Course - 83 Officers at ITC Receive Certificates

The closing address and the subsequent certificate awarding ceremony of the Battalion Support Weapon (BSW) Officers Course No - 83 at Minneriya Infantry Training Centre (ITC) took place on Tuesday (13).

The three-month long Course was conducted began on 12 September and continued till 13 December, followed by 20 officers including 18 Army, 1 Navy and 1 Air Force officer.

Brigadier Chandana Ranaweera, Commandant - ITC graced the occasion as the Chief Guest and delivered the closing remarks before certificates were awarded to Course attendees. Colonel Wasantha Jayalath, Commanding Officer - ITC, senior officers and student officers attended the event.

The following officer was commended for achieving the 1st in order of merits among all 20 student officers.
