Directorate of Psychological Operations at the Jayewardenepura Army Headquarters extended a warm welcome to its new Director, Brigadier Manjula Karunaratne when he assumed duties this morning (27) during a simple ceremony at his office.
The new Director left his signature for an official document and signified the acceptance of his new office in the presence of several Senior Staff Officers and Other Ranks. Brigadier Manjula Karunaratne was serving as the Artillery Brigade Commander at Panagoda prior to this appointment.
