The formal launch of the Facebook page of the Army Seva Vanitha Unit (ASVU) got underway this afternoon (15) at the Army Seva Vanitha Unit (ASVU) office premises at the Army Headquarters at Sri Jayawardenapura.
Mrs Sujeewa Nelson, President Army Seva Vanitha Unit marked the official inauguration of it in the presence of a representative group of ASVU members and the office staff.
The ASVU expects to reach the readers in this popular social media wing https://www.facebook.com/SriLankaArmySVU/ in order to educate them on the string of welfare projects being carried out by the ASVU.
