Army Rugby players in their tussle against Police counterpart convincingly claimed victory 27 to 24 in the Dialog Rugby Tournament, held at Police ground Thimbirigasyaya Saturday afternoon (17).
In the first half, Army players comfortably enhanced the lead, signalling what would follow in the end.
However, Police ruggerites gradually posed a stiff resistance to their rivals in a more determined manner.
Several players in both teams appeared prominent amid loud applause and cheering. Finally, the exciting match gave the win to Army Rugby team.
