The Security Force HQ- West organized a one-day leadership workshop 'leadership management, influential leadership traits, case studies and practical training aspects to a cross-section of Officers and Other Ranks of the SFHQ-West on Tuesday (14) at Barns House, Hirana, Panadura on the direction of Major General Sujeewa Senerath Yapa, Commander Security Forces-West.
21 units under command to the Security Forces-West and their Commanding Officers, Officers Commanding, Platoon Commanders, Regimental Sergeant Majors, Company Sergeant Majors, Platoon sergeants, section commanders and Non-Commissioned Officers followed this workshop.
The workshop was conducted by Major General Sujeewa Senerath Yapa, Commander Security Forces - West and S.N.M.K.B Senevirathna, 2nd in Command of the 2 Special Forces. In addition, Brigadier T.C.L Ganepola, Project Officer SFHQ – West, Lieutenant Colonel K.P.D.C Wijewardena, General Staff Officer, 1 Exams and Aids, and a few Officers attended the venue.
