Staff Sergeant K.A.S Dulan of the Sri Lanka Army Corps of Military Police secured the Bronze Medal in the Javelin Throw-F44 category at the Para Athletic World Championship 2023 held in Paris, France on Thursday (July 13).
Staff Sergeant K.A.S Dulan who has been famed as one of the best para-athletes in the Army participated in the event representing the National Paralympic Committee of Sri Lanka. He recorded 64.06 m in the event to carry the Bronze Medal.
A group of 10 National Para Athletes participated in the Para Athletic World Championship representing the country.
