Army Chief Commends Senior Officer's Continued Excellence in HR Leadership

Major General A.H.L.G. Amarapala RWP RSP ndc psc, the Director General Financial Management and Colonel Commandant of the Corps of Engineer Services, was honoured with the prestigious ‘Global HR Leadership Award’ for 2024. The award ceremony took place during the 32nd Edition of the World HRD Congress in Mumbai, India, on 15 February 2024.

In recognition of his outstanding achievement, he was invited to the office of the Commander of the Army, Lieutenant General Vikum Liyanage RWP RSP ndu, on 28 February 2024. The Army Chief presented a memento to Major General A.H.L.G. Amarapala RWP RSP ndc psc and commended him for his remarkable accomplishment.

This marks the fourth time Major General A.H.L.G. Amarapala RWP RSP ndc psc has received the Global awards highlighting his exceptional contributions to National Security Administration, Academic Excellence, Human Resource Development, and Leadership.
