Sri Lanka Land Reclamation and Development Corporation (SLRDC) Seva Vanitha Branch, with a view to entertaining War Heroes under rehabilitation at Ragama Ranaviru Sevana organized a musical evening on Wednesday (3).
Additional Secretary (Technical) to the Ministry of Defence Mr Udeni Wickramasinghe graced the occasion as the chief guest, accompanied by SLRDC Chairman Mr. Harshan de Silva and President, SLRDC Seva Vanitha Branch Mrs. Oshadi de Silva and a gathering of the SLRDC Seva Vanitha Branch.
Many renowned stars, including the Sinhala Silver Screen idol, Kamal Addaraarachchi and the popular vocalist, Rukantha Gunathilake, backed by the Army Band rent the air with many thrilling hits until late in the evening. War Heroes at Rana Viru Sevana till late night remained awake to enjoy the evening.
Guests also distributed gifts among those War Heroes and inquired into their well-being. They also witnessed how the rehabilitation projects are carried out for the War Heroes at Rana Viru Sevana.
