The Sri Lanka Army Archers convincingly bagged 3 Gold Medals, 1 Silver medal and 2 Bronze Medals during the 21st National Archery Championship - 2023, jointly organized by the Sri Lanka Archery Association and the Sri Lanka Navy at Mahinda Rajapaksa Stadium in Diyagama Wednesday and Thursday (April 05 & 06).
More than 200 islandwide archers representing more than 20 archery associations including the archers of the Armed Forces vied for supremacy in the tournament. The noteworthy performances of Army archers are as follows:
