Major General Prathapa Tillekerathne, Colonel Commandant of Sri Lanka Armoured Corps and General Officer Commanding, 12 Division attended the foundation-stone laying ceremony for the proposed Officers' Holiday Bungalow at Weerawila on Friday (17).
The project was initiated with the aim of enhancing welfare benefits of Officers of the Sri Lanka Armoured Corps.
Amid brief religious rites and rituals, Major General Prathapa Tillekerathne, together with the Commander, Armoured Brigade, Brigadier Tharaka Rathnasekara, Centre Commandant Regimental Centre, Brigadier Sumith Devapriya, Deputy Centre Commandant Colonel Piyal Wijesiriwardana, Commanding Officer, 4 Corps of Engineer Services Regiment, Lieutenant Colonel B.N Wijesooriya and several Senior Officers joined the cornerstone-laying ceremony. affiliate link trace | Nike Off-White
