11 Field Engineer Regiment troops of the 523 Infantry Brigade of the 52 Division under the Security Force HQ - Jaffna (SFHQ-J) extending their community project launched a project to clean the beach area near Sangupiddi Bridge on 08th April 2023.
This project was organized under the guidance of the Commanding Officer, 11 Sri Lanka Field Engineer Regiment, Major K.G.C.K Kudagamage. A group of 1 Officer and 10 Other Ranks contributed to the programme and collected a large heap of pollutants and garbage.
This project was carried out under the close supervision of the Commanding Officer of 11 Field Engineers and Officer in Command of 112 Squadron, Captain Jaliya Jayaweera.
