Air Assault Course - 26 Ends at Air Mobile Training School

The passing Out Parade of the Air Assault Course No-26 got underway at Air Mobile Training School in Nikawewa where Major General S.B Amunugama RWP RSP ndu, Commander 1 Corps attended as the Chief Guest.

5 Officers and 127 Other Ranks followed the three- month long course. Major K.G.J Karunarathna of 1 Vijayabahu Infantry Regiment was awarded the certificate as the Best Student of the course and Lance Corporal A.M.J.S Aththanayake received the trophy as the Best Physically fit student.

Major General P.G.P.S Rathnayaka RWP RSP ndc, General Officer Commanding - 53 Infantry Division, Brigadier R.W.K Hewage RWP RSP Deputy General Officer Commanding - 53 Infantry Division, Senior Officers ,Officers and Other Ranks watched the the Passing Out Parade.
