The newly-erected Corporals' Club and other ranks' mess in the 8 Corps of Engineer Service (CES) Regiment at Hokandara were inaugurated by Brigadier R Ganegoda, Colonel Commandant CES on Thursday (24).
The visiting Colonel Commandant was awarded military honours and a Guard Turnout and he later on joined sapling planting inside the premises.
