7 SLNG troops of the Security Force HQ in Kilinochchi immediately attended to a repair on the Maradam Kulam tank bund after villagers brought its possible burst due to swelling rain waters in the tank on Saturday (30).
Troops taking preventive measures to stop an imminent disaster repaired the leak placing sand bags and earth on the directions given by the Commander SF-KLN and the General Officer Commanding 65 Division.
