The 66 Division HQ at Nandikadal fulfilling a long-felt need in the camp on Monday (3) ceremonially opened a utility building complex for the benefit of officers and other ranks serving the 66 Division Headquarters.
Major General Sanjaya Wanasinghe, Commander, Security Forces - Mullittivu graced the inauguration as the Chief Guest at the invitation of Brigadier S.J Priyadarshana, General Officer Commanding, 66 Division.
The new complex houses a tailor shop, barber saloon and a fully equipped gymnasium in addition to several other wings that could be used for multi-purposes.
Major General Sanjaya Wanasinghe unveiled a plaque, cut a ribbon and declared the new facility open in the presence of Officers and Other Ranks of the 66 Division.
