652 Brigade Troops with Sponsor's Support Donate School Bags

With sponsorship provided by Mr Eranga Jayakody from Kandana, 652 Brigade troops coordinated the distribution of 48 school bags among needy students in underprivileged schools in Naddankandal and Munnimuruppu Grama Niladhari Divisions.

Army troops, of 10 Sri Lanka Light Infantry conducted this community-oriented programme for students currently studying in the Naddankandal GTM School and Munnimuruppu Primary School during arrangements, put in place on 19 August 2022.

Major General Prasad Edirisinghe, General Officer Commanding, 65 Division with Brigadier Sanjeewa Wanasekera, 652 Brigade Commander, Senior officers of the 652 Brigade, Civil Affairs Officer, and 10 Sri Lanka Light Infantry troops also participated in the event.
