621 Brigade troops of the 62 Division on Friday (10) assisted and coordinated the distribution of relief packets, sponsored by Watawala Tea Ceylon Ltd among 750 underprivileged families in Sampathnuwara Divisional Secretariat area in Mullaittivu District.
This event was organized by the troops of 14 (Volunteer) Sri Lanka Light Infantry (SLLI) on the directions of the General Officer Commanding 62 Division, Major General Dhammika Jayasinghe. Brigadier Ajith Wickramasekara, 621 Brigade Commander coordinated and supervised the project.
