Troops of the 582 Brigade under the 58 Division repeating their annual alms-giving project at Ilimba, Horana Swarnapali Elders’ Home offered a hearty meal plus entertainment to the adults on October 1, to coincide with the International Elders’ Day.
The project, organized as per directions of 582 Brigade Commander offered dinner to 38 adults, including those live with mental complications.
Brigadier G.P.P Kulathilake, 582 Brigade Commander and troops joined the treat and provided musical entertainment to those elderly people.
