By responding to a request made by Dr Venuri Fernando of Chillaw Base Hospital from Major General Priyankara Fernando, General Officer Commanding, 58 Division for urgent blood requirement in the hospital, a large group of 58 Division troops gave away blood during a temporary arrangement, held at the 58 Division HQ in Puttalam on Thursday (22).
76 members of the 58 Division including officers and other ranks volunteered to donate their blood to the Chilaw Hospital Blood Bank. Staff members in the Blood Bank appreciated the Army support given to save lives.Nike shoes | Autres
