The 573 Brigade of 57 Division under Command to Security Force Headquarters - Mullaittivu in order to encourage and appreciate the achievements of the boxer, Jeganeshwaram Vijitha of Kilinochchi Central College gifted her with a new set of accessories.
Recently, she won the gold medal in the Indian Kickboxing competition.
Brigadier Ramith Prasanna, Commander, 573 Brigade personally sponsored the stock of boxing gloves and punching bags for her future training.
The sports accessories were given to her at Kilinochchi Central college auditorium in the presence of Brigadier Chandimal Peiris, General Officer Commanding, 57 Division, Senior Officers and school authorities.
