Troops of the 532 Brigade under command to the 53 Division and 1 Corps assisted the distribution of dry ration packs among 35 needy families in the general areas of Mawanagama, Henanigal, Bambarawana and Pussalawinna in Sandunpura on 21 August 2022.
The sponsorship for the distribution programme was provided by ‘Yutukama’ Charity Organization and some other donors in response to the request made by Officiating Commander 532 infantry Brigade.
Colonel Sumal Wickramasekara, 532 Brigade Commander, donors, few Senior Officers and Other Ranks attended the event.
