Troops of the 52 Infantry Division of the Security Force HQ-Jaffna on the eve of the conduct of the annual religious festival at Sri Ghanadurga Amman Kovil in Eluthumadduval North as part of their civil-military cooperation programme volunteered to clean up the temple compound on Saturday (25).
As guided by Major General Sanjeewa Fernando, 52 Infantry Division HQ, troops actively joined hands with local devotees and collected all garbage inside the compound and washed the premises before the ceremony starts in early March.
