Major General Jagath Kodithuwakku, Commander, Security Forces - Jaffna after completing his tenure to take up a new appointment at the Army HQ made courtesy visits to the 51, 52 and 55 Division Headquarters on Monday (13) prior to his departure from Jaffna.
After warm welcomes at respective places, the outgoing Jaffna Commander addressed the troops in respective formations and thanked the troops for the support given during his tenure.
He also was invited to leave memories by planting saplings inside the compounds and pose for group photos. Respective General Officers Commanding also extended their gratitude to the outgoing Jaffna Commander and wished him good luck with his future endeavours.
