4 SLSR Troops Join Students to Clean School Compound

4 Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment (SLSR) troops of the 521 Infantry Brigade under the 52 Infantry Division of the Security Force HQ-Jaffna, together with students at Thamodara School at Karanavai (West) in Jaffna cleaned up the school compound on Wednesday (09 Aug) at the request of school authorities.

The programme was aimed at helping to curb the fast spreading Dengue mosquito threat in the area. The Commander, 521 Infantry Brigade and the Commanding Officer of the 4 SLSR supervised the troops and gave necessary guidelines for this community project.
