In parallel with the 33rd anniversary day of the 3 Sri Lanka National Guard (SLNG) troops of the 122 Infantry Brigade under the 12 Infantry Division of the Security Force HQ-Central offered a lunch treat to students at Tissamaharama Kawanthissapura Maha Vidyalaya on Friday (7).
With a sponsorship provided by Mrs. Ganga Kumari Padmasiri, a donor in the area came forward and supported 3 SLNG to provide lunch to more than 350 students at Tissamaharama Kawanthissapura Maha Vidyalaya on account of the anniversary commemoration.
Major General P.P.A Perera Hdmc psc, General Officer Commanding, 12 Infantry Division together with Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks also participated in the event.
