Troops of the 211 Infantry Brigade of the 21 Infantry Division of the Security Force Headquarters - Wanni with sponsorship received from 'The Spirit of Giving’ Association donated 64 packs of school accessories to the students at Padiggama A/Dharmashoka Vidyalaya in Medawachchiya under the guidance of the 211 Infantry Brigade Commander, Brigadier Chaminda Wijayaratne on Saturday (25 February).
The project was sponsored by Mrs Rosy Turin, Mrs. Subashini Hapangama and Mr. Jovi Kasichetti of the Association, resident in Nugegoda.
Mrs M.C Malaviarachchi, Divisional Secretary for Medawachchiya, 211 Infantry Brigade's Civil Affairs Officer, Commanding Officer and All Ranks of the 2 (V) Vijayabahu Infantry Regiment, instrumental in organizing the project were present during the arrangement.
