21 Infantry Division conducted a five-day personality development workshop for students of newly-joined trainees to the National Apprentice & Industrial Training Authority (NAITA) for the year of 2024 with the intention of motivating the students.
The course was arranged on the instructions of Major General H.H.K.S.S Hewage RWP RSP USP rcds psc, the General Officer Commanding of 21 Infantry Division on the request made by the NAITA officials.
The workshop was conducted under supervision of Brigadier R.M.C Ratnayake RWP RSP USP, Commander of 212 Infantry Brigade. Officers and Other Ranks conducted the lectures and demonstrations of the workshop.
