WEST: Troops and STF arrested a civilian with 15520 mg of ICE (approximately worth Rs. 90,000/=), 1 x Card of Pregazim Tablet (approximately worth Rs. 1,200/=), a sword and a knife in his possession in Uragasmanhandiya area on Sunday (3). The individual was handed over to the police for further investigations.
