The 14 Infantry Division proudly marked its 13th anniversary on 06 April 2024, celebrating its proud history with a series of events conducted under the guidance of Major General K.A.W.N.H Bandaranayake USP, the General Officer Commanding (GOC) of 14 Infantry Division.
The anniversary day’s proceedings began with a customary Guard Turnout, presented to the GOC at the entrance to the HQ followed by Guard of Honour presented by 6 Sri Lanka Artillery troops.
Afterwards, the GOC posed for a group photograph, followed by an All-Ranks tea. As dusk fell, an All Ranks dinner along with a musical evening got underway at the premises culminating the day’s programme. Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks of the Division participated in the event.
