138 New Recruits Pass out at Minneriya ITC

138 recruits at the Infantry Training Centre (ITC) at Minneriya who completed their training passéd out on Saturday (21) during a ceremony.

Brigadier H.M.T.B Hangilipola, Commandant graced as the Chief Guest for the occasion.

Recruits of Sri Lanka Engineers, Sri Lanka Signal Corps, Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment, Gajaba Regiment and Sri Lanka Medical Corps were among those who received graduation.

Best all-round recruit in the course was awarded to the Recruit M.L.R Kumara of Gajaba Regiment, Best shooter award to Recruit M.L.R Kumara of Gajaba Regiment and the Best physically-fit award was presented to the recruit, M. Paranavithana. Drill displays and PT demonstrations added colour to the day.
