Troops of the 12 Sri Lanka Light Infantry (SLLI) of the 591 Infantry Brigade of the 59 Division under command to the Security Force Headquarters Mullaittivu attended to a beach cleaning programme along the coastal belt in Mullaittivu on 29 December, together with all staff of the Mullaittivu District Sectaries.
30 troops of the 12 SLLI contributed to the project and cleaned the beach area on the directions of Lieutenant Colonel D.K Kaluwadewa, Commanding Officer of 12 SLLI.
